Broker's Comments
The sharp lines and contrasting Navy Blue hull makes this Tartan 31 appearance very pleasing, equally down below with a fresh rubbed satin wood finish. The current owner has carried out some nice upgrades to include new air conditioning & refrigeration systems. The boat has a good sized queen berth aft below the cockpit and the accommodation's below are similar to that of a boat of larger length due to the thoughtful design & floor plan of Tim Jackett. Lots of natural light & ventilation from twin deck hatches & opening ports through out.
There were a total of 146 hulls of the popular Tartan 31 built this being hull #100. These boat details are subject to contract.
