Broker's Comments
This roomy coastal cruiser is ideal for a couple wanting to marina hop or gunk holing to explore the beautiful
S. Texas coast line. The Watkins 29 sails nicely under main, working jib & roller furling. With a 4ft draft she can go into shallower places that other similar boats her size would otherwise not.
She has new antifouling bottom paint in November 2016 along with her topsides buffed & waxed. All new interior fabric & upholstery in 2015 and new Bimini canvas in March 2017. Also the wood work & cabinetry has recently been refinished down below.
