Broker's Comments
This sloop sailing vessel is a fast cruiser on the lakes and bays. She needs a little work but given her features she will make a great project for right person looking to restore a boat. Over the past year the owner has had the keel and bottom referbished, the engine overhauled, and deck work done. A weekend spent to refresh the teak and she'll look quite good. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
