Broker's Comments
A fine example of a fully restored Classic Trawler Refit carried out by experienced owner in 2015/16. This Horizon Vega30 has had no expense spared from the re power of the main engine, a very economical Yanmar 4JH marine diesel to include new air conditioning, refrigeration, generator & all plumbing & electrical. In addition a light grey AwlGrip repaint of the exterior hull & upper decks make the classic lines of this trawler very appealing. This is Hull# 100 of the 108 totally built at the Willard Boat Works in Costa Mesa CA. This popular Pocket trawler offers all the creature comforts of a larger vessel in a compact well thought out design & layout. After delivery & Gulf crossing from South Carolina the owners have since enjoyed day sailing & coastal cruising on the local waters of S. Texas. Though would also be ideally suited for the American Great Loop.
